Well the tart experiment was interesting. Not what I expected. Result was little baked cheese tarts in puff pastry cases. Like baked cheese cake. I can’t imagine this with a fish topping. Would be very nice with a little cream and strawberry. I think I might try a mornay sauce with a bit of corn flour.
Made Raspberry, Apple and Quince jam.

That doesn't sound too good K Atie.  Are the Keiser exercises those at a Keiser gym?  That's where I am currently going for my physio.  The physios are very good, well trained, very helpful and encouraging, although the machines look confronting.

Marina yes it is Keizer gym . !! There is a few around Melbourne Geelong . The machines look intimidating, but I’d totally try it out . Just none near the farm . I haven’t heard of Keizer, trying to see they are an overall Physo practice .
Judy I mucked up is there anyway of moving this to what are you doing today .

Don’t worry KAtie, I’m sure we can leave the post here. 😀😀😀😀
My SIL has been having those injections for many years. In fact they have affected her teeth. Not good. I will tell her about the infusion.

Cookie please do tell her as it’s like about after 8 years or so they discovered that after being on it for a long time you can have spiral fractures of the legs . ( I’m not allowed to have implants for teeth.) neither are you allowed to go off the injections and do nothing . Thus the infusions. I might be a bit confused with all the facts as it was a lot to take in .
Made pumpkin and risoni pasta soup this morning.

My husband RAL had the infusions for several years before men were allowed the injections. The injections were more beneficial to him once men were allowed them. However everyone is different. Oops wrong spot!!
Thanks Cookie for the link.

I made a cinnamon cake and a rye bread yesterday. I wasn’t happy with the bread as I made it, but stuck to the recipe. It’s very sweet although very soft. The cake is nice. https://www.thermobexta.com.au/?s=Cinnamon

Yesterday I baked a wholemeal loaf in my new bread machine. This Breville machine is more sophisticated and more expensive than the previous one. I’m surprised at how good it is. I used 1/2 Wholemeal bread flour and 1/2 plain Wholemeal plain flour. The result was perfect.
The olive Jam ( Tapanade ?) is very tasty but also very salty. More like a dip . I’m making pizzas tomorrow so might try a few dabs of it on the top.

Nice addition, Cookie.
Cauliflower soup with home made chicken stock. I’m making just enough for 2 meals as I get tired of the same after 2 days. Freezers full , so no room.
I bought a chicken for $6 from Aldi to make the stock. Will remove the breast and thighs and the rest for stock. Will make chicken pies and stir fry from removed meat.

OMG so much lovely cooking happening while I have been absent.
Yesterday I made  bolognaise sauce for the freezer.  Today Massaman Curry Beef for dinner tonight.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Cauliflower soup with added carrots was lovely.  Made 3 generous serves. My cleaner taste tested with me. Loved it. Used homemade chicken stock.
Spent day testing new AF. Made Blueberry muffins, just ok.
Made No Fuss recipe which I divided into 3. Made Olive Dip and cheese scrolls, 5 small bread rolls and a plait. 10 minutes at 200 .
