My DH made mayonnaise today from EDC, and this was the result. He is very unhappy. Any suggestions on how we can fix it or is it a bin job?

Poor hubby. It can be rescued-see Judy's link. Also use vinegar, not lemon juice when making mayonnaise.. Vinegar is a consistent acidity level whereas lemon juice varies.

It's a tasty loaf.  I thought it would go well in the pipe tin because of all the seeds. Here is the link to the recipe.
