We are away at the moment and DH cooked steak, chipped potatoes and I made a salad. It was very nice.

Crumbed lamb cutlets last night with potato, baby carrots, broccolini & asparagus with hollandaise sauce.
Tonight is Chicken Parmiagana with roast potatoes, and left over carrots and greens from last night.

Turned a recipe around and made Greek prawn sanganaki into a risotto , no feta . It was filling and delicious! We normally add pasta but I thought this may work .
