Judy, restaurant quality meals. Spoilt guest.
I had 2 large chicken breasts to cook. I cooked one in the Varoma with veggies and pineapple successful, the other, I bought a bottle of pre-made Indian mixture. Awful stuff. Much better to make own mix in TMX.

Fresh flathead with home made chips, beans and a tomato sauce for the fish.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We too have been having fresh fish once a week , so good . Tonight simple loin chop with baked sweet potato and vegetables. With home made apple and pear chutney.

We had Minestrone from Cookidoo. It’s not the best. I won’t make that recipe again. I made some Turkish rolls from Tenina and they were very nice.
