We had Ham, and Mushroom crepes from Cookidoo. I cheat and buy the crepes. It makes them much nicer.

Mini Pizza. I’m using TMX mixed smoked tomatoes that I made at cooking course. The smoke is stronger than I thought it would be.
Katie, a Farm Shop has opened in Wiltshire road. If in Ballarat it’s worth a look.

I think I might make a romesco sauce with pasta ... but then again, maybe not.  We'll see.  I have yet to work up the enthusiasm and energy for that

Chookie, Quince paste and cheese together are one of my favourites.  Sadly I haven't seen any quinces for sale here for a long time.

For dinner tonight we had home made chicken parmas with chips and salad.

Mab, both lots of Quinces were given to me. The first lot came from a friend who saw them on a neighbour’s tree. The second from my gardener who work for a client with a large orchard. I nearly missed out on these as the birds got most.
Tonight I’m having the fried chicken that I cooked last night. I’ve been experimenting with Korean fried chicken. It’s brined and fried twice. It’s the origin of K F C.
