Chicken parmiagana last night.  Left overs tonight.

Pork fried rice. Taste tested a small Xmas Pudding and Brandy custard.
Made a Jamie Oliver veggie recipe. Quite nice. Don’t really like his recipes much.

It’s funny how some people’s recipe don’t gel with us. I’m like that with Skinnymixer’s.

Last night was marinated salmon.  Tonight will be silverside with potato mash, carrots and beans, steamed pudding for dessert.

Same here. Thought it was just me not liking her push push approach.

I do like Skinnymixers food but not really think it is possible to create so many new recipes . I adjust a lot too as I’ve said before change to mostly fresh herbs and onion garlic , use what I have . Also always do much sauce that I’ll adjust that too , or save for later .
Seem to be out or eating not much for dinner lately. Had nibbles when out last night ! Tonight we have a 60 th so no cooking here .

Grilled Barramundi with steamed veggies and a dob of cheese sauce. I also have made 2 mini Band B puddings. I used leftover panettone.

Fish burgers in pita bread. I usually do wraps but will see how this goes.

Same as last night.  Barramundi and veggies.
I baked the B and B puddings in the AF. Squashed some fresh raspberries on top.

No dinner tonight.  DS took us out to lunch today to our Italian restaurant.  I had the best prawns I have ever eaten (and I have eaten a lot of prawns) for entree followed by barramundi in a lobster bisque risotto. DH had scallops, DS had Rock Ling and DD had a warm beef salad.

Mab that meal sounds delicious.
We had a sort of quiche with ham tiny tomatoes and spinach with a bit of cheese on the top.
