Pork Katsu and veggies. Trying new recipe. Thin pastry shells, filled with apple and topped with crumble. Baked in muffin tin.

Cold roast chicken and an apple cake that collapsed when I removed it from the tin. Inspired me to make more Cake Release.

It’s actually below 20° here today so we are having chicken soup with home made noodles and garlic Foccacia from the freezer.
