Katie, if you use RTE chicken wings with baking powder, you need to be very careful about the quantity. I use 1/2 what she says. Flour won’t give the same result.
Lamb kababs , rice and corn , salad.
Fresh fruit salad.

Thank you Chookie . I may have used too much as the texture on our tongues was odd . I’ll try RET next time and use half .
Cheats dinner .. Sunday night treat . Fish and chips with salad ! From our local food truck , incredible she sets up some lunch times and evenings and puts up a notice on our local Facebook page to say she is open . Especially during harvest . Not that this will be going on for much longer , so we grabbed the opportunity.

That would have been lovely Chookie.
I found some sausages in the freezer and some rolls too. So I made a potato salad and we had sausages in a bun with onion, all cooked outside on the bbq.

Cookie, sounds like it is still hot.
Cool 21 here. Will have the oven going today as it’s heating up during the week.
Spag Bol for dinner tonight.

We had fish and chips last night. We had a car run and meeting. Being out in the fresh air all day exhausts me.
