We had a salmon piece with rice and herbs on top, then encased in puff pastry. It was quite nice, not earth shattering though.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I have a pork shoulder in the slow-cooker ATM, will have it with roast potatoes and pumpkin, zucchini muffins, carrot and peas & gravy.  :D

I made Ham and cheese pastries from FFS for dinner last night and there was enough leftover for dinner tonight. DS raved about it and thought it was the best dinner ever!


And the other night I turned a couple of leftover chicken sausages and a few rashes of bacon into risotto
