Does anyone have an extra they wouldn't mind selling me?  I am in Canada and it is hard to get books here.

here in australia , they r available for the varoma demos host reward... at the moment they are in short supply as it is so i cant even get any , sorry not much help am i!

Yes HO is getting us to hand out Raincheck vouchers for them until they get stock in. Maybe try ebay if you don't mind paying an arm and half a leg!  ;)
