DH has decided he won’t eat cake or biscuits anymore. Hopefully it doesn’t last long as I have no reason to bake. ❤️❤️

Would you believe we have had some biscuits in the biscuit barrel for 2 weeks? His will power is amazing. DD has 1 per day, she’s a bit like her Dad.
If I get really stuck I can cook and send them to work with DD.😃

On the cooking plan for this weekend:  baked eggplant and tofu in peanut sauce, shepherds pie, red lentil soup and frozen yoghurt and berry ice cream

I made a giant thermomumma loaf for DH. I have a rye SD rising and some long, thin rolls for garlic bread.
