Yesterday I roasted a large pan of tomatoes from the garden, stewed some pears and made a Golden Syrup Sultana Chew slice.
This morning I made some pumpkin soup,

Amazing cooking ladies. First lot of Hot X Buns. Used Cardamon instead of cinnamon. Quite nice. Made some potato chips/ crisps, just for fun.
New easy salad. Cup of green grapes, cut in 1/2. Add diced cucumber, 1 cup. Place 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt on plate and top with grapes and cucumber. I added a diced hard boiled egg and called this lunch.

I made Goulash Soup in the TM7 using my forum recipe for the TM31. The bigger bowl was a godsend and I ended up with 7 serves. DF came for lunch and had a bowl for a yearly treat (pork is off his list), he loved it too. Most of it is in the freezer for 2 guests I’m having next week. I’m back on the gf diet, this recipe made easy just by using gf flour.
