DS requested a meat pie so I am making the filling today and will finish it tomorrow.

I made some malt sultana biscuits today and another fruit loaf. I’m taking them out to my brother and his wife tomorrow.

Do you remember c. 13 - 14 years ago, there was a pizza making craze on the forum?  Well, I dragged out our old pizza machine last night and we had home made pizza.  The first time we had done this for a couple of years and it was really fun preparing all the toppings and making our own pizzas (when preparing his base DH managed not to toss it so high that it hit the ceiling!).

I finished making the meat pie this morning and then made 8 spinach and ricotta parcels for the freezer.

Going to give a new recipe a try - tofu and roast vege tray bake in a jerk based marinade.  Hopefully it will be a success with lots of left overs to save me having to cook in tomorrow's extreme heat.

I also use my pizza machine often. Kids love to choose their own toppings.
Made some crispy potato waffles. Cooked them in mini waffle machine. Crisp up beautifully in AF.

Made a Rye with Caraway seed small loaf in small bread machine. It’s taken me ages to make a perfect loaf in this small machine. Solution, wet dough and 4 hour setting. Must be accurate with measurements.
