Made today and yesterday slow cooked Lamb pies served with spinach and tomato relish.

I made Nagi’s chicken stew for tomorrow’s tea, will put a pastry topping on it then.

Followed her recipe apart from leaving out the potato (I added peas at the end) and I removed the skin from the the drumsticks. I took the meat off the bone once cooked. Made 2 desserts - Baileys cheesecake and an apple and strawberry crumble.

Vegetarian sausage rolls for GF football DH can have a home made pie with the leftover lamb ragu .
