Yesterday I made the best chicken veggie soup. I cooked 3 large chicken legs in the 7. 30 mins, 100 temp, speed gentle. 1 1/2 litres of water. Small amount of garlic , ginger, onion. S and P.
Strained and removed meat from bones.
Added , tin of  creamed corn, chopped carrot, celery  , peas and zucchini Last ten minutes added lots of parsley, onion tops and small handful of chopped silverbeet and the chopped chicken.. ( no pasta or rice )

Made the tomato and peach salad to take as a gift. Time consuming removing the skin off the almonds.
My 7 is playing up. Inconsistent starting. Think it’s electronic. Will have to go back.

Chookie you’re not having much luck . Have you turned it off at the wall let it have a rest then start up again . It’s not the internet, sometimes my 6 is slow to start as our internet is bad .

KAtie, good idea. Will try turning it off at switch.
I’m making an apple slice that is all the rage in Ballarat. Base, cooked apple, sour cream topping. I’ll post if ok.

She will appreciate it Chookie. I made a delicious Carrot Cake a couple of days ago. It has brandy in it. It’s a huge cake so I froze half. The recipe is from Bec’s Table.
This afternoon I hope to make some Chilli Jam and maybe some Halloumi.

Made Quick pickled pineapple salsa ! It was very easy , not sure of the balance as I halved the recipe, seemed to had to improvise a little as my brain was not quite together .
