Today I made 6 Spinach & Ricotta  parcels in filo pastry and with the left over sheets I made 2 apple and cinnamon parcels.  We shared one of the apple ones at lunch time and it was very nice.

Sounds lovely Mab.
Made the Banana and oat muffins from Cookidoo. Good, made with wholemeal flour.
Made 4 jars of Tangelo marmalade and 4 jars of Blood Orange and Brandy marmalade. On the way home from trip down the coast we stopped at a shop called Peaches at Torquay. They had 5 different types of oranges. I bought 4 different ones to try as marmalade.
I also bought a cook book!  ‘ Bored of Lunch, the healthy slow cooker book’. By Nathan Anthony. These are simple calorie counted recipes. He also has one for AF.

I made a Classic loaf today. Last night for dessert I made Tenina’s Banoffee Puddings. It made 6 in the dariole moulds. They cooked up beautifully in the Varoma and were delicious. https://tenina.com/recipes/steamed-banoffee-puddings

I also made some Orange Biscuits from Cookidoo. They are very tasty.

Busy day in the kitchen this weekend.  Red lentil and tomato dahl, avocado chickpea wraps with semi dried tomatoes, creamy vegetable and cannellini gratin and a rainbow quinoa salad, I nearly made Hummus pasta as well, but didn't have enough good hummus (come to think of it, I didn't have enough time either!).

Marina, what a lot of interesting meals. Should last the week.
Yesterday cooked 23 SD crumpets and 3 jars of Orange and Whiskey Marmalade.
I also made the Chicken and Peanut Curry from my new book. A friend called in so I asked her to try it. She loved it. The recipe was for the slow cooker but I cooked it in the Varoma. So easy. Just put everything in a covered dish in the Varoma and steam for 1 hour. 1/2 recipe made 3 meals with rice. The serve that was left over I’ve added carrot and zucchini to.
If I can find time, I’ll put the recipe on the Forum.

That sounds delicious Chookie.
I made some Chocolate and Almond biscuits today. The recipe is from the Lindt site. https://www.lindt.com.au/recipes/triple-chocolate-cookies-2
They are extremely tasty.

Cookie, great to see you celebrating national chocolate day. I did my bit by eating 2 Tim Tams.
That Lindt recipe looks interesting.

Today I made some old fashioned Chocolate Blancmange for my dessert.  I've been buying small chocolate desserts from the supermarket lately so decided to give this a  try and it tastes very nice  and I know what is in it.

It’s very expensive KAtie. We bought some at the Lindt shop a while ago.
I made a Pistachio Lemon cake from Cookidoo today. It’s very nice.
