Nothing today. I’m still feeling a bit of a misery guts today. My face looks like a blotchy red balloon.

Oh Cookie that’s awful. Don’t look in the mirror.
I’m entertaining 14 Probus ladies. next weekend. I’m preparing everything ahead as I’ve the TMX demo the previous day. So Sausage rolls and almond biscuits this weekend. Looks like 7 delivery next week as I’ve received tracking info.

Chookie is the 7 being delivered to your door ! Also I managed to update my Cookidoo so that’s good . Today think I’ll try to make something sweet for DS return next week. Yesterday made coconut lemon chicken soup.
I pulled out a KMart mini air fryer that I had got a while ago . Had some frozen mini prawn balls ! Not bad then an apple square pastry from local bakery and heated that up , not bad . No room on my bench even though it’s small ! Just sat it on the sink .

Looks like Tuesday or more likely Wednesday for delivery of 7. It will be delivered to door , but if no one home, left at post office.
More jam today. Made 12 jars yesterday. Mandarin marmalade with whiskey and black grape and apple jelly. Making small pasties and sausage rolls.

I like the sound of the mandarin one Chookie. You’ve reinvented marmalade with all your additions.

Not today but yesterday I made a batch of pumpkin soup for me and Prawn Laksa for my df, boy did that go down well. Also a beef mince stew using very minimal mince so that I could eat it too, that will be lunch on toast for us today.

Just made two Shirl’s cinnamon tea cakes loaf tins off recipe community and had a link so I could import it to my created recipes. First time I’ve done that it worked looks a bit different to normal but still works.

That’s a handy thing to be able to do KAtie. I’ve put a couple of my own recipes in too.
DD made some biscuits today and some muesli bars.

Cookie I also put several of my own recipes on Cookidoo. That was when I first got my 6. I’ve forgotten how to do it now.
Well done Katie.
Judy, I took notice of your suggestion and made the Macadamia Tart. I usedpff pastry and made 12 small square tartlets.
I also made 12 small pasties. I made them in a muffin tin. Managed to get more filling in.
Judy, both soups sound lovely.

The Laksa apparently was excellent Chookie, I’d forgotten how easy it was to make too.
The ladies will love the tartlets.
