In a desperate last bid to clear all perishables I made a quick guacamole and mixed it into pasta - I don't know that I particularly like the taste of hot / cooked avocado but it was better than throwing it out!

Sweet Chilli sauce. I have 2 recipes. One tomato based and one with sultanas. I like the colour of the tomato based one the best, but the other has a good flavour.

Made pumpkin soup. Organic pumpkin, baked in oven then removed seeds and skin. A different taste all together.
Made coconut biscuits.

Sort of raining today. I made some Butternut Snap biscuits, some yoghurt and a Spicy Fruit loaf from Cookidoo.

Nice loaves cookie. I’ve made prawn crepes for tomorrow night’s dinner, I've invited my DF’s DD to join us.)
