In a desperate last bid to clear all perishables I made a quick guacamole and mixed it into pasta - I don't know that I particularly like the taste of hot / cooked avocado but it was better than throwing it out!

Sweet Chilli sauce. I have 2 recipes. One tomato based and one with sultanas. I like the colour of the tomato based one the best, but the other has a good flavour.

Made the tomato Sweet Chilli Sauce. Bottled more apples made celery, cauliflower and Zucchini soup. Funny green colour but tasted ok. 3 large serves of veggies in a bowl .

I have an excess of pumpkin at the moment so I have made some into pumpkin soup.  Not sure what I will do with the rest.

Made pumpkin soup. Organic pumpkin, baked in oven then removed seeds and skin. A different taste all together.
Made coconut biscuits.
