I’ve made crustless zucchini quiches in my pie maker this morning for lunch and the freezer.  Messed around with times and batches until I got it right and I used the recipe from skinnymixer.com.
Since joining the Sunbeam pie maker group it has inspired me to try all sorts of things in the machine.

Judy, they look delicious. We had zucchini slice last night.
I will check out the Sunbeam Pie maker group as I don't use mine a lot.

You’ll see how much interest is being shown in Chookie’s SD crumpets then cookie.

Wow, Judy.  I knew you would lead the way. How long do you cook the quiches for and do you put the lid down.  ?
For French National day I made pancakes. Seafood ones for lunch and jam and cream for dinner.  I made the sauce base in the TMX.   I had some filling left over so made seafood pot pies with puff pastry tops.

Trial and error with anything cooked in the pie maker Chookie as it appears all makes and models are different but if they are undercooked it doesn’t matter as I reheat in the air fryer anyway.  I started with 12 minutes but the last batch I cooked for 15 minutes, turned and cooked for 1 or 2 minutes. Lid down. The mixture made 11 quiches.  It seems the latest Sunbeam model is bigger than the one a lot of our members bought, I can get 2 bases and tops from a sheet of pastry but some of the girls on the FB group are only able to get 1.

A Pineapple Fruit Cake.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Me too.
I made a Lemon Sand Cake for DH to take to the car club today. The boys take a cake for their birthday, sort of like pre school!!! I tried to be a smart alec and cooked it in a cheap bundt tin I had. I've never had much luck with this tin, no matter how well I grease it. A massive disaster as it fell apart when I took it out. He ended up taking the chocolate one I had made for home and we had the wreck. He said it tasted nice anyway. Very kind of him!

How often does that happen cookie, especially when it is for someone else.
I saw a post on FB last night for scones from one of the TMX blogs so I hopped up and made 1/2 a batch to cook in the air fryer.  They didn’t rise at all!  I am hopeless at scones but every now and then I try another recipe.  Have yet to make one that I am pleased with.

Happy Birthday Mr Cookie.  Sad about the special cake.  Lucky you had one in reserve.
Judy, you have your baking bug back.  Good. I think I have a recipe for Nay Nay scones in Air Fryer.
Today I have been making Crumpets in the Pie Machine.
Also experimenting with the English Meffins.   Not completely happy yet. Will keep trying.
Made Tuna and Anchovies spread.

Thank you from DH.
Judy I saw somewhere or other someone had made some scones in the thermomix and they were raving about them. They looked to be less than 1 inch high. At least they were happy.

They’re the ones I tried cookie, hardly rose at all but I did eat 2 before throwing the rest out.
My baking bug was a flash in the pan Chookie, back to normal now and no time to do much other than my daily chores and routine.  I’ll get the bug again one day but I have plenty of food in the freezer to keep me going.

Made 2 lots of Citrus jam in the TMX.  7 jars.
I am going to hide the pie machine. I have become obsessive.  Today made English muffins and potato cakes in the pie machine. Ral said the potato cakes were “ interesting “.
