I'm thinking I might attempt to make some hollandaise sauce later as I have just bought a couple of bunches of beautiful looking asparagus from the growers market. I've tried to make it once before but it was really runny and it split, so I'll try and get it right this time!

We're having Tenina's Chicken and Prawn Laksa on bean thread noodles - so yum!! I didn't have any shrimp paste so I just left it out, and it's still delicious.  :)

No fuss rolls x 2, cream cheese pastry (using yoghurt cheese I made from my batch of homemade yoghurt) which I'm then going to use in Maddy's Artichoke & Parmesan Tart and baby food for DS2.

Made butter, used buttermilk to make buttermilk bread. Also made chilli con carne and rice for dinner. This morning made poached eggs in TM with Hollandaise sauce. Yum!
