I used a choc chip biscuit recipe but put chopped Reese's Peanut butter cups in them. Very nice.

Always good to have a taste tester around Chookie.

Nothing cooked here today but yesterday I made Chelsea’s Tuna Streudel https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?PHPSESSID=2fmgmjt1f527e40u9bi6bjcbss&topic=2883.0 and CP’s Mum’s Pineapple Cheesecake https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11122.0. DF loved them both.

Yesterday I made a mushroom and potato hash as well as an experiment filling for sausage rolls.  Today it will (hopefully) be a sweet potato and leek galette.

I made some plain shortbread and some cinnamon shortbread.  These will go in the freezer.   I'm trying to get an early start on Christmas cooking.

They look absolutely delicious Mab.
I'm making some bread rolls for our steak sandwich. DD filled the biscuit barrel yesterday so I'm ok there.
