I’m not eating enough veg as I find it pretty boring so today I’ve put more effort into it and made a bit of stock for the freezer with my Zucchini Timbales https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17410.msg423412#msg423412 and Broccoli ones from Full Steam Ahead https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1522.msg12079#msg12079

Very nice Judy.
I made a fruit bread (a catastrophe) and some crackers like the Snack packets from Recipe Community. https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-savoury-recipes/pizza-shapes/le57pmh7-15822-752461-cfcd2-be5fr793

Nice cooking Judy & Cookie.

My cooking is hit miss lately, nothing seems to go right.
Yesterday I made another lemon cake and some more Lemon Spread.  The cake was fine but I had to add more custard powder to the lemon spread as it was too thin.
This morning I made a fruit loaf Small Fruit and Nut Loaf and I had to add more flour as it was also too thin.  It looks nice but tastes a bit doughy and I haven't spread the fruit out very well.  Also made a meat loaf for dinner and it broke in two getting it out of the tin.

The feet on my tmx 31 are clean and the measuring cup weighs 25g

Thanks K Atie & Margaret.

Margaret my scales are not accurate so I’ve weighed both the old clear MC (30g) and the new Grey/black one (28g) on my digital scales for you. I wonder if this will help you with your baking hit and miss efforts lately.

Judy, thank you for that.

This morning I made a pot of vegetable soup, lamb shank casserole slow cooked in the oven and a Belgian Lemon Teacake.   No problems today thank goodness.

No cooking here today. Yesterday I made Snappy’s Lunch Box cookies. I hadn’t made them for a while, but we love them. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11612.msg218199#msg218199

That was the only way I ever cooked forequarter chops K Atie, it was economical and so tasty. I’d always spend the time to de-fat them before cooking, was very fussy about too much fat on my meat and that was a bit time consuming.

Stew, Indonesian chickpea satay and an Italian sauce for pasta which seems to translate something like salt and pepper sauce.

I’m making a new SD loaf from Cookidoo. It’s one of those 36 hour ones. I also made some apple and sultana muffins and some RTE Peanut Butter Cookies. They were so easy and very tasty.
