I use a lot of silicon mats/ sheets.  I cut the thin ones to size. Have one in the base of Bread machine,  one cut to fit mini crock pot, 3 cut to line the Bagette tins. Bought a thick one in Paris which was told would go in oven but haven't done this.  Was told that the commercial bakers use them.   HOWEVER,  made some cake release from recipe here using coconut oil.  Fabulous.  Thank you for the recipe whoever posted it.
