Review of Rice Pudding recipe from 2013 edition of EDC Pge 160

This is a great basic dessert recipe - comfort food at its best.  It makes more like 6 portions than 4 and it was nice and creamy even using LL semi skimmed milk. As with all rice dishes, it thickens up when cold so you will need to add more milk when re-heating leftovers.
