Appointment with neurologist to follow up on my essential tremors.  They are a little worse than 10 years ago when I was first diagnosed, but not bad.  He upped the dosage of my medication and booked in for a head and neck MRI - just to be sure that all is OK.

Had a chest X-ray- incredibly GP sent message on next day that lungs looked good ! Do that’s a bonus . Did a fasting blood test in the morning and lots of quick shopping stops . Feeling very tiered but all ok . I had the scariest experience yesterday afternoon in Ballarat ! I saw out of the corner of my eye a dark gray little car ( as I was just over the intersection lights ) come flying around the corner on my passenger side . I move over to right , luckily I could . My good there was another little white car too directly behind it . They sped like so fast through the traffic and a set of red lights then turned right through oncoming traffic ! The smell of burning Tyers was huge . Everyone was stunned and I was quite shaken up . Cannot believe that I didn’t become part of a very narsty event . The first car all I could see was the side was damaged and the driver was in dark cloths . No way police would chase them , too fast . Tried to listen to local news but nothing .

Katie, that was a very frightening experience for you.

Yes it was frightening but sad that everyone just kept on going . Today I had to go to shops to fill out e script for antibiotics for chest ( just a precaution) ! Very foggy morning too .

That’s not good KAtie. What is eating the crops? The farms where I grew up have had a mouse plague. They are digging up the grain and eating it before it can sprout. There are literally millions of them, all through homes and every where.

Cookie there was black something think like a disease and grubs but I’ll check with DH . But the frosts have slowed things down which is great ! That seems opposite to what we normally would think of a very bad frost . We had f
At lest four severe frosts sun a row ! -2.5 for all . It was so cold DH didn’t get out of bed till 9 ! DH DS have been flat out doing lots of jobs on the list before DS went back for DS last semester at uni . DD arrived so we could all go to a 21st on the weekend. It was nice to be together. Stupidly we didn’t use it as a photo opportunity. Loved seeing DS class mates all grown up and so happy . Great night but oh my it was cold and a bit wet too ( the emergency gray silvery look little RMBoot shape gumboots came in handy for myself and DD to get to the shearing shed. Then put our heals on ) . Did many loads of washing fir DD , had a nice lunch with her . DS left at 7 am to go to uni and a 21st at lunchtime . DD worked while I washed and left late . Now there is two again !! DH has gone for the day to look at machinery and pick up some part . Looks like I best cook up all the food I have . Soup and maybe a wholesome dinner .
