Taken the week slowly, managed yoga but super careful.

Shopping and now car issues again , not happy but positive attitude will work wonders- service on Monday , fingers crossed this will work out .

One of our GD from Qld called in yesterday and spent the day with us.  We had a lovely time catching up and also playing Rummy Cub.

Today I visited a friend for afternoon tea and a stroll around her beautiful garden.  A lovely afternoon.

We are planning on heading out next week for a few days. It’s going to be freezing so we may stop in caravan parks so we can run the heater.

Yesterday a friend called in for afternoon tea. I had no cake or biscuits and nothing in the freezer so I did a plate of crackers, cheese and quince paste and small tomatoes. They were nice for a change.

Today I have been invited to an afternoon playing Hoy.  I'd never heard of it before but apparently it's a bit like bingo so this might be fun.

That sounds nice Margaret, I always preferred savoury to sweet treats to go with my tea or coffee.

I had to log in again the other day on my iPad . I’d say Chookie may not be logged in and if she is not to remember to be logged in always not 60 minutes. , I’m sure she knows this . Off to Quilting today .

Thanks girls, I wasn’t logged in. Up and running now.
I’ve just had a delivery of limes, lemons and quinces.
I’m still recovering from a scam on Friday. The police said tell everyone. The story was that a thief had my bank and home details. They did have my home address and email numbers. I hung up but felt unsafe. Spent the night at friends place and DS came and set up some alarms in the house.

I trod on my glasses at the weekend and had an appointment today hoping to get a new pair quickly. Unfortunately she picked up in the fact that one of my lens from my cataract op a while back has gone cloudy so now I have to see my Ophthalmologist. He can fix it apparently with laser treatment so hopefully I can get a quick appointment then the new glasses before we go on our next cruise in early July.

Judy that happened to a friend. He was devastated but it can be fixed quickly by laser in the surgery.

Yes I’m not worried about it cookie, the Optometrist explained it all to me.
