Going out for breakfast with visitors before they return home.
Yesterday while ‘doing’ Ballarat with visitors we realised a shop owner had been a student at the school while we all worked there. She and her husband produce hand made shoes to order. Also leather aprons. She is also a wine maker and gave us a bottle of her wine to try.

That was a lovely surprise, Chookie.

I have been pretty inactive on here recently - now that I am healing I have very little news, just slogging on and trying to be good with my physio.

I returned my loan "Rehab at Home" chair and leg rest earlier in the week.  I now just have to return the crutches to my colleague at work who had loaned them to me and yesterday I gave away my knee scooter and elevation pillow to a friend who had a friend who had just broken her leg - that was the last of my 'aids' gone so I feel quite pleased with myself.

Onward and upward, as they say!!

That is quite an impressive move along Marina.
I didn’t do much today, just the usual. We had a lovely couple come round yesterday and they are going to buy the van. They deposited a sizeable deposit into our account today. I’m so relieved. I thought we would have to put it out the front when the motorhome arrived.

That's a relief, Cookie, you will be pleased about that.  Your new motor home can't be far away now ... do you have a delivery date?

No specific delivery date Marina. The last we heard was that it should leave Melbourne about 30th July. Hopefully there are no holdups. We are getting excited.

Cleaning up garden.
I’ve just visited a Pathology clinic, 5 minutes walk from home. I haven’t tried it previously as the most reliable one , I use, is almost impossible to park near. Hope it works out.

We had the car club AGM today. I said I would continue as the Club Registrar. Sadly there wasn’t many people there. Trying to avoid the jobs I think.

I had my first infusion for osteoporosis today.
