Interesting cc what do they taste like I'm guessing blackberrish if you can substitute it blackberries with it?
They have the most weird taste Suzanne. They are sort of dry in your mouth not at all juicy. You could substitute blackberries.I did that last year and made a lovely liqueur ;)

I guess that's why you add alcohol, it'll kill any taste

I agree with you Suzanne, not a big fan of Magpies. We have a park across the road from us and they will be swooping in the next month or so.

Thanks for that information CC. I had heard the term Sloe Gin. Now I know where it came from.

We used to have lots of magpies visit us but we haven't seen them for roughly 2 years. Lots of nasty crows though.

Good morning everyone. I can do that feeling ok about it. Usually is is lunch time over here by the time I get on the iPad.
Ready for another fun day. We're hoping to get to the Phyrne Fisher exhibition this afternoon.

We loved the Phyrne Fisher exhibition. It was at Ripponlea, so we hopped on the PTV app and worked out how to get there. It wasn't hard on the tram, then a little walk and hey presto Ripponlea Estate. The house is magnificent, but sadly we were only permitted to view the parts where the exhibition was on. The drive away was awesome too. There is a murder you can solve but the lady that directed us didn't give us the Private Detective Notebook and clues when we went in, we only found out about it on the way out. It was disappointing.
The clothes are beautiful.

Some silly people took the opportunity to dress up and look silly there.

Oops, you will have to look at these silly people side ways. I don't know how to fix it.
