Back much better Denise but having another chiropractic adjustment today.
Reasonably organized for the trip but still to pack.
Have most clothes looked out ready to go but will need to remove some.  ;)
Need warm weather clothes for Italy and winter clothes for Russia. Lucky we have 30kg plus 10kg cabin baggage allowance.  ;D

Morning all.  A wet, dismal day here.

We were supposed to go away for a few days this week but decided to have a holiday at home.  :) :)

I've had my first real lie in this morning since the retreat.  Having a lazy day until early afternoon before I go in to see Geoff.  Although I've looked at my lovely goody bag contents, I packed them away in the bag and now have to find a home for everything today.  Denise gave me a lovely water colour painting which I initially put up in the back room but I needed it to be somewhere where I could see it more often.  It is now over my computer, couldn't get it any nearer to where I spend most of my free time  ;D

Uni, what a great sleep you had last night.  I hope that's the beginning of a better sleeping pattern.

MF are we going to be able to follow your journey overseas?  It sounds a very exciting trip and hopefully your back will give you no problems.  Enjoy!
