Thanks for all the mum birthday wishes - yes, I think she had a lovely day.  We went out for a nice lunch with a few of her friends, as well as my sister & her kids, me and mine, my uncle & grandad (mum's brother and dad).  

And my DD was in fine form, and warmed up to her great-grandad, which absolutely made his day:


Hope things are to be a bit cooler for you you girls over the ditch? (still H O T by our standards, but still...)

I know the modern PC are much better than the old ones Uni, mine is only a stove top model but they certainly save time. I am on my second one  ;D
