I think I have decided on a name though... Clinker Because his yelllow colour reminds me of yellow clinkers

Uni, perhaps you can start a new thread for this overnight no fuss recipe giving all the details so that people don't have to search back through dozens of postings - we can then refer people to it when they are asking how to make a loaf first thing in the morning.  The idea is really catching on so it does need it's own thread.
