MOrning everyone . . . Uni - checked the no fuss dough (started at around 11 pm last night with the 1/8 teasp yeast) about 3 and thought "not working" . . . checked a few minutes ago and we're off and running!  Thank you! :D

Just got home.We went out for lunch with friends to celebrate his 70th Birthday today :-)) I've eaten too much :P
DH made him salt and pepper mills for his present. ;) He loved them. ;D

i let my rise in a 20cm bessemer pot and bake for 20mins with the lid on then 10 with it off and 5 min just on the racks (i think ,let me know if u want me to check my notes)

Thanks, Uni - atm it's still in the TMX bowl - was thinking of baking it in one of those bread tins with the lid  I really like this idea of allowing to rise overnight . . . :D
