Quiet day here CC as raining most of the day. Had a nice lunch out then  back to the house. Read my book while mum had a nana nap then out for a stroll and glass of wine. Just chatted about old times and had a good laugh about the past. In bed now.

It sounds as though you had a very nice gentle day for you and your Mum. :)
It's clear and cold here this morning.Still very muddy though.A few old friends get together on a Thurday morning supposedly to do some sort of craft work :-))  but we tend to chat and drink coffee. :D :D

MF, did a little bit of cooking, cleaning and really was pretty boring.
Hoping tomorrow will be better with DS coming to stay.
