anytime after 4 am is a sleep in for me CC

i made caramel slice a few days ago and it all got eaten, i think i will make it again today and freeze a few slices CC do u know if it ok to freeze ?

I'm sure it will Uni but the chocolate might have a bloom when you defrost it.It will still taste good though ;D

Couldn't find it here on the forum but there are a few recipes on the RC and this one from the UK Thermomix website .I'll keep looking ;)
