Morning everyone.

I'm an hour or so later getting up these days - DH has banned me from getting up before 6.00 am to try to get me back into a more "normal" sleep pattern.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but if I am really awake at 3.00 or 4.00 am I just lie in bed and read for a while then hope to drop back off to sleep again.  It seems to be working a bit, but I think these cold, wet and dark mornings do help to encourage me to stay snuggled in bed a bit longer.  We'll see how I go come summer!

I do like getting up early but not too early. I feel like I can achieve more in a day if I start early.
