Big hug from me too Amy xox

No running CC I am out injured. Must have stretched something up near thigh or hip when i fid new muscle Strength exercise. Can't lift left leg up without pain. Been like it for three days. Trying to get sympathy out of DH and that's not working. Hopefully good nights sleep will help :)
I knew running was bad for your health :D :D :D :D I hope you are on the mend ;) :-*

No doubt DH would be dying if it was him Kimmyh.  ;D
Men don't have our pain tolerance.
Hope you feel better soon.
I have regular pain due to RSI from nursing so many babies on my left side.
Have an amazing massage chair that has changed my life  :)

Thanks girls I will be ok. Chatting on here makes me feel better already :D
Yes MF my DH had no tolerance of his pain and lots of ignorance for mine. To think it was only 10 months ago I cared for him when he had his knee reconstruction. Short memory too ;)

This may seem like a generalisation but men stink at looking after the sick. After 32yrs of nursing they are the worst patients and have little empathy for the ill.

I agree wholeheartedly Michele from a nurse's point of view and a wife, mother, sister, nana, MIL and everything in between point of view  ;D

Sorry to hear you need hugs Amy.... (((((((((( :D)))))))) is one for you.

Is everyone  on here from Tassie ok? Awful news pictures here on TV. We were worried.

Nice day today, good lunch, very good one hour walk with very steep hills.
Now home alone as DD and DH gone.
