Morning all.

So sorry to hear about your fall Uni, hope you check out ok. hope you can take something for the pain and REST up.

I have had a madly busy few days so have not been on here.

Was away with DH for 24 hrs at w/e. then we were out to dinner Sunday a nd I was on a course all day yesterday. Today take DS to train at 9am, and back to work.

This crazy summer weather in uk continues, with more rain even though not forecasted. Even drying washing is hard. No room for a dryer.

On a sleeping note I find that an eye mask has helped loads for night time waking, especially when it is light so early here. I have slept much better since using it.

Good to have you back Uni - I think you had most of the forum popping on and off this thread all day anxiously waiting to hear how you got on.

So glad that it is nothing more serious, but it's quite bad enough so continue to listen to all your Agony Aunts on here and take it easy for a little while.
