Full day today. Breakfast out.
Session with our exercise coach. ( OMG I am stiff tonight)
Bought 3 antique light shades to replace one broken one. Couldnít match the broken one.
Bought 2 tops and several cushions to replace the old ones that donít suit.
Had late lunch in a Japanese restaurant, no dinner.

Cookie, watch out, the wind is coming your way.

I know Chookie. I thought it was going to be during the day but I have now found out that it will be tomorrow night. Iíve now had 3 text alerts from my insurance company. I think they are trying to scare me, and they are succeeding.
I havenít had any Port since I was diagnosed with type 2.  I may need some tomorrow night though.

Thank you all for thinking of me. It's making me feel warm and fuzzy.
It's overcast at the moment, but not windy yet.

The wind wasnít too bad last night, although we had a lot of rain. Unbelievably we have bad fires in the south of the state. The strong winds havenít helped at all.
Chookie, take it easy and rest up after hectic Melbourne.
