Our insurance is extremely high here due to being  less than 20 metres from the sea. The maintenance is also excessive.
Glad you found an insurance company with lower premiums Gert.

Good morning all, another nice cool day here so I must get out in the garden and do something with all the goodies I bought at the nursery yesterday.

CC, you will really feel like a Grandma by the end of your babysitting duties but these moments are precious.  What does Chance think of having a toddler in the house?
Good evening everyone. ;D
Chance is being very good Judy but keeps retrieving the balls when Louis tries to play with them.We just won't tell Louis Dad about this ;) :D :D
Good Afternoon DJ ;D

CC guess what arrived today?
:-* :-*
I am so looking froward to the 28th Yvette ;D

So Chance likes his new little playmate then CC and I bet Louis will miss him when he returns home too. As Louis likes to have a lot of balls Chance must be kept pretty busy retrieving them.

Morning all.  CC and Uni ,  enjoy the GC .  They grow up so fast, although I must admit , each age is lovely.  Yesterday made 5 jars of Cookies in a Jar.  Thanks to Marina  and  ES for recipes.  Picking up leg of ham today from Istra.  Warmer today and no rain.  We have KFC,  Cherokee style , every where, while I tried to get the new version right.  That is the Sweet  KFC with Sesame seeds.  Will post what worked and what didn't.  Have a great day everyone.
