Yesterday I made a spicy chicken stew in the slow cooker for my DF.

Thank you Chookie , I think it’s just easier to have what we would at home , then they get one proper meal . But sometimes, well a lot I run out of energy.

Bought some turkey wings, the meaty part. Put them into SC with tinned tomato, mushrooms celery and carrot. When cooked I removed bones and will freeze in meal sizes.

I made some chocolate biscuits today and cooked my rye SD that has been around for about 36 hours.

Cookie, I bet that rye was tasty.
I had the Sausage roll machine out to make rolls filled with pork cottage pie. Made 4 with puff pastry and they were very nice. Thought what else could I make? Looked through the book that I bought and noticed recipe for cakes cooked in machine. I had a box of butter cake mix so used this. Need to experiment more as the bottom of first batch were burnt. The second lot were ok. I think it might be best to start them off in cold machine. Will test this out.

I’ve been trying a few simple recipes in my new machine when time allows, used some of my cherry tomatoes in a tomato, gin pasta sauce recipe for the freezer, tried a 1/2 batch of Chookie’s no fuss rolls but not having luck with bread recipes lately, did a batch of lemon curd then made Edna’s Lemon Curd Tea Cake (it’s more like a shortbread slice but very nice), bechamel sauce, Skinnymixers chia pudding with lemon curd topping.

Looks like you are really getting into workingwith your TM7, Judy.
I made some 'sausage' rolls and a "cheesy" pasta dish with left over veges.

Judy, you are certainly giving the 7 a good test. Go for it.

Starting to enjoy it ladies. I did a new freezer inventory so I want to find recipes to use up what I’ve got instead of finding recipes and then having to buy the ingredients. I’ve been surprised with how many recipes I’ve managed to do this way.

Agree Judy. Great to use what you have in freezer.
I’ll cook the plums and put through the mouli, for the jam.
