We’re having pizza. The bases are sitting on the heater to try and rise a bit.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Last night we had filled beef roll ups with roast potatoes, asparagus and carrots.  Tonight was chicken and vegetable casserole with potatoes, creamed silverbeet and sweet corn.

Picked up this delicious mushroom, Gorgonzola cheese spinach lasagna. We had it with baby spinach cucumber salad. Very rich so it lasted for two meals .

Fish in a coconut sauce with coconut rice and fennel . Steamed in the varoma . Layered cooking is so easy.
