Beef, veggie soup and potato bread. I made the bread with potato flakes, ( Deb), and added lots of Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Sesame seeds are good for the brain.

I bought a jar of spicy apricot glaze. Will try it with chicken breast. Mashed potatoes and silverbeet from the garden.

I’ll add sesame seeds to my hemp seed topping for porridge ( might check if they are in there first ) . Sautéed salmon brown and white rice ( slowly change to brown rice and eliminate white rice ) . Broccolini and carrots . One frozen chocolate coated raspberry ( naught buy from Wilson’s )a treat , no one is allowed to help themselves to these , sharing dessert!
Tonight Italian meatballs and pasta .

Cut thin slices of chicken breast, marinated them in Apricot and Orange sauce and then coated with Panko crumbs. Tried frying them, no good. Tried spraying with oil and AF. Much better. I bought the sauce but think I could make a better version.
Will try, dried Apricots soaked in orange juice with a little fresh ginger.
