I’ve had to get back into cooking and preparing food since being away, getting low in pre-cooked meals. Made 15 tuna mornay pies, pumpkin soup, batch of porridge to last 3 days and put together a batch of Greek yoghurt with seeds, nuts and topped with pureed pawpaw (they had little pots of this on the breakfast buffet during our recent stay in Cairns). Have just frozen Gert’s Thai Fish Cakes
