Will turn some of the stew into small pies for lunch.
Need to get creative with the veggies in the fridge as a fresh lot will be delivered tomorrow.

Morning all. This lockdown feels different.  Probably because we thought we could see an end to the restrictions.  It is disappointing that some people donít do the right thing.
The weather is not too bad today.  12 max and overcast.
Saw a fox running across the dam paddock.  Glad the chooks are secure.

Tonight we had a spaghetti bolognaise type dish with gnocchi in. It was delicious.

Lovely Judy. When I went to Costco a couple of weeks ago I also bought a pack of those carrots. We have only just finished them. They were delicious. Iíve never seen yellow carrots before.

I went to Costco yesterday and couldnít resist buying myself a kg pack of baby rainbow carrots and I like to cook the whole pack if I have to use the oven.  I cooked up sweet potatoes, pumpkin, just enough broccolini for lunch and a bunch of beetroot as well.  At the end of the cooking time for most of the veggies (not the beetroot) I added a piece of Barramundi from the 600g piece I bought there too. A delicious lunch so I enjoyed a glass of wine as well.
