Kimberley , Abbybs asked a question on how to fit the butterfly and CreamPuff and faffa70 came back with that the butterfly fits between the smaller gaps between the blades.I didn't know this, like some others.Cookie has put this tip in ILB's List and Tips for New Owners.Sorry don't how to take you to the site on this forum, there is only so much I can do with my computer!!

This morning I made QuirkyJo's Raw cereal  for my breakfast, then Nay-Nay's " you can't have too many muffins" which I took for "elevenses" at my weekly morning upholstery class. They went down a treat with the class.
This afternoon I helped a friend who took delivery of her Thermomix cook in her new machine. She had stage fright! We made Leek and Potato soup,Isi's bread rolls, rhubarb compote, sorbet and bafa's Award Winning Creamy Chicken and Veggies in the Varoma.Gave her the tip about how to fit the butterfly.Everything turned out great.I then rushed home.Oh! I forgotten to take something out the freezer!!Found a couple of red peppers in the bottom of the fridge, so I rustled up Red Pepper ( Capsicum) soup  and while that was cooking grilled bacon to make BLT's.DH loved the soup( have we had this before? Yes Dear!)We then finished off the Chocolate Fudge Cake.

I didn't know Mrs.T was a "chocoholic" that explains why she was drooling over the Chocolate Fudge Cake!! I have another chocolate cake recipe but I haven't converted it yet, but don't worry I will!!

I didn't know that either Cookie, thanks CP63.

I have a lovely DH Thermomixer. He can't boil an egg though!!There have only been a few things I have cooked for him in the past 37 years that he has made bad comments on.Meatloaf,a seafood pasta sauce, gnocchi all got the thumbs down.Recently I was told the Chicken in Yogurt was too sour for him, so that's off the menu.He adores bread, so I just sling fresh bread on his plate if I think he might react to the "new dish"You might try my tactic with Mrs T.
