I agree with Chookie re the softening of the dates and dark colour. I have my overnight SD rising today and I decided to try something different. I saw a rich dough with chocolate centres (for rolls) in a book. I didn't want the dough to be too rich so I made the No Fuss recipe with molasses and natural yoghurt in, I needed to add a little extra water. I have now made the rolls and put a frozen Reeses Peanut Butter cup in each. ( a mini one) I hope they don't pop when I cook them.

Hi Gert.
Judy that is a long appointment. Were they doing something nasty?

Marina I never suffered from hay fever when we lived in Broome either. Nor Carnamah. It's just the city that doesn't like me much.

Robyn, to help others who have access to Cookiedoo you can review the things you make on it here.

The truffle hunt looks and sounds wonderful. I have managed to have a couple of days under the weather with hay fever. It's not even spring yet. All good now though.

I made a Classic Loaf today and started my rye SD loaf. Yesterday I made a Buttermilk bread from the Basic Cookbook using the cook key. It was ok.

DH has requested another batch of these as they are quite crusty and he likes that.

Ooh I like that idea. I will wait for my 31 to die. Hopefully it will be lots more years yet.

Have fun in Singapore Trudy. Did you know there is now an app for Cookidoo. You just get it from the App Store. I would have thought Thermomix would. Tell us about it, but they didnít.  I read about it on Instagram.

Itís pouring here today. Cosy being inside.

We went out for coffee with friends for DH's birthday. I think that is the end of 10 days celebrating.
