Yesterday I took a friend shopping. She has bad eye sight and can no longer drive. We then went out for lunch.
I got a good eye report. I see the specialist only once a year. I discussed the habit forming medication I’m taking for the pinched nerve. He said he was yet to see an 87 year old junkie.  :o

People keep dropping off more plums. Must be a bumper season. I’ve started making plum jam. First lot , plum and raspberry jam. Second lot, plum and mixed berry. Will also make some plum vinegar.

We had salmon, baked in the oven with veggies. A good choice for a 41° day ‼️‼️

I use both hands to lift my thermomix bowl.
I vacuumed and washed floors today. Then relaxed. It was 39°.
