Hi welcome to the forum. Good luck with your TMX :)

Chit Chat / Re: Thermomix and Kitchen aid - does anyone own both?
« on: August 14, 2012, 02:33:10 pm »
Hi AliRo,
I bought my Kitchenaid before I bought the TMX. I use both but the TMX is used everyday not so the Kitchenaid.  I use the Kitchenaid when I make large quantities of biscuits or a large Christmas cake.
Happy cooking :)

Hi DJ,
I hope things work out for you and your family. The economic crisis seems to be affecting more and more people and
one can wonder when it is all going to end.

Uni, I' m pleased you're feeling better. I suffer from Meniers disease for nearly three years now and sometimes it is very
difficult to cope if I'm at home on my own. Good luck with your dental work.

Gert, what's your friend doing about the Meniers decease attacks?

Hi Gert,
This thread sounds a lot of fun. Count me in when you get to the letter G for a Greek recipe :)

Chit Chat / Re: Roast Leg of Lamb - how many ways??
« on: August 06, 2012, 06:29:18 am »
Hi Keiramax,

When I have left over roast lamb, I normally cut it in small strips and use it to make a bolonaise sauce instead of using mince. It is yum with some kind of plain pasta :)
