Hi Judy, 12 months.  You can use it as a relish or mix it with cream cheese for a dip!  They are small jars Judy and Mum loves it, so wont last her long!

Made a batch of corn relish today for my Mum.  The recipe is from the Recipe Community called Sweet Corn Relish (similar to Masterfoods).  If you make it, then please do remember to waterbath as this is a low acid recipe or place in fridge and use quickly.

Hi everyone, loved the story about the tooth fairy Chookie.  Our son in law told us that if it falls out during a long weekend the tooth fairy gives you ďmoreĒ.  Rather like penalty rates!!

Supposed to be a rather wet week here in Adelaide.  Donít mind as we havent had much rain.  Think itís been too cold!

Lovely sunny day today but gee it freezing out there now!

Glad you had fun with your Probus group Judy.

Denise glad Chance I sent on the mend.

Katie, good luck with the furniture.  Bit like a puzzle!

Chookie, we also have to add more mulch here.  I smothered the garden before we went away to stop weeds coming through.  BUT, after two months away they are back along with a huge group of snails!
