I made a Nutella Chocolate cake and iced it with Tenina’s Ermine frosting. DD requested it for her birthday cake.

MM gets quite a few emails from Judy and I when it’s down.
I hope everyone had a pleasant Christmas and now New Year is almost upon us.

I made a rice salad, two potato salads, a trifle, cooked a festivus meat loaf and a rolled chicken. I didn’t do a very good job of rolling the chicken so it sort of fell apart. It will still taste nice.

We had sausages and onions in bread. I’ve been doing salads and cooking meat for tomorrow. Dinner had to be easy with no leftovers. 😀

I popped down to the shops for some last minute things this morning. It was a mad house at 8.30am.
I cooked eggs, potatoes, made jelly and custard for tomorrow.

I had my hair cut early then went to the podiatrist. On the way home I called at my favourite little Italian shop.
