Hello there.  I am also from Tassie and I have owned my TMX for around 6 months now.  My husband and I run our own business and I also work another job part time as well as bringing up our three beatiful children, so as you can imagine it is go go go in our house!  I love my TMX as it saves me so much time in the kitchen and I am now cooking things I had never even dreamt of attempting before.  I made my first ever batch of raspberry jam the other day and it turned out perfectly, thanks to the comments and suggestions on this forum.
I have also looked through some of the recipes here and I can't wait to try some of them and I hope I can also contribute some of mine.
